What type of profile are we looking for?

To be more prepared for the interview, we recommend that you research out services and products, countries in which we operate and value proposition. Alto, in the interview instance, we usually use some business cases (or Work Samples). We want you to be able to place yourself in a possible daily work situation and visualize yourself in that context. The good tthing is what where is no right or wrong answer, but different ways to solve it! The idea is that you can analizy the problem, structure it and reach a solution.

How shoud I prepare for an interview?

The process consists of different interviews with the Talent Acquisition area, the position leader, and other stakeholders, which will allow you to learn more about the role and MELI's culture. We will contact you at the end of each stage to tell you the progress and sharing with you how it continues. Feel free to ask all the questions you may have and be yourself!

How is the selection process and how long does it take?

As you may have notices we love challenges. In each of them, we test out ability to learnd and to build together with others. Propor em equipe formas de otimizar as operaçoes do nosso centro de distribuiçao para que continuemos melhorando a experiencia dos nossos usuarios.
